1. Introduction
Welcome to Pet Care Meds. By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. The app helps you track medications and reminders for your pets; it does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
2. Privacy & data
We collect the information you enter (such as pet profiles, medications, and logs) and data needed to run the service (for example authentication and optional analytics, as described in the Privacy Policy). We do not sell your personal information.
3. Medical disclaimer
Pet Care Meds is a scheduling and record-keeping tool only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or emergency care. Always follow your veterinarian’s directions and seek help for urgent symptoms.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Reminders and history in the app depend on that data. Use the app in line with applicable laws and these terms.
5. Changes to the service
We may update features, pricing, or terms. When we make material changes, we will provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means where required. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance.
6. Subscriptions & billing (Apple)
Optional paid features are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions where available. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; pricing and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase and in App Store subscription settings. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or the App Store account section). Refunds and billing disputes follow Apple’s applicable policies. If you use Premium on other platforms, those purchases may be subject to that store’s rules.
